I made an online reservation for Christmas night. It was accepted. I had to leave a 30 € deposit. When I arrived they were closed and a sign on the door said they were on vacation.
If the proprietor is reading this, take it as a lesson to organize your online presence. It's the 21st century!
First impressions are the strongest. Monthes ago, I made a reservation on the website fir 7pm., with the threat of mt credit card being charged 30 Euro if I did not show.
When I arrived at 6:55, the restaurant was not even open yet. I learned that it opens at 7:30.
Why would a reservation be able to be made when it could not be honored? You threaten me if I don't honor the reservation. I should have equal compensation
After standing outside in the cold for 30 minutes, I am finally allowed in to sit. Why was I not welcomed to come in have a seat and order a drink, while I wait. It was just one excuse after another.
When I was finally able to eat the food was excellent. Too bad my overall experience was diminished by reservation process and the lack of hospitality.

Nous avons réservé avec mon compagnon sur le site internet du restaurant pour samedi, une sortie rare car nous habitons à 400km l'un de l'autre.
Après 30 min de marche et pressés de goûter à ce magret si bien notée nous arrivons devant le restaurant... fermé !
Hors ma réservation à été confirmée d'un mail et ce samedi était marqué comme ouvert sur Google.
Vraiment très déçue
